Cart Abandonment Rate: The percentage of online shopping carts that are abandoned before the purchase is completed.

Conversion Rate: The percentage of website visitors who complete a desired action, such as making a purchase.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): The cost associated with acquiring a new customer.

Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): The projected revenue that a customer will generate during their lifetime with a company.

Mobile Traffic and Revenue: Percentage of total traffic and revenue generated from mobile devices.

Net Promoter Score (NPS): Measures customer satisfaction and loyalty by asking customers how likely they are to recommend a company’s product or service.

Online Revenue: Total revenue generated from eCommerce sales.

Product Return Rate: Percentage of products that are returned by customers.

Repeat Customer Rate: Percentage of customers who made more than one purchase.

Revenue by Traffic Source: Amount of revenue generated from different traffic sources (organic, paid, referral, etc.).

Site Traffic / Sessions: Total number of visits to an eCommerce website.

Time on Site: Average time a visitor spends on an eCommerce website per session.

Unique Visitors: Number of unique individuals visiting an eCommerce website in a given period.

Visitor-to-Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of website visitors who convert into leads by submitting contact information.
